Time to go back to life

Things have been happily crazy since I got back from Guadeloupe. I came back a month ago but it feels like an eternity. The break was awesome. The biggest decisions I had to make while there were where to put the deckchair and on which day to go diving. Tough ☺ I logged my 82nd dive. It was a nice one except for the ascent among baby jelly fish…
So this last month in ATL has been pretty intense and I’m glad to be done, though not totally satisfied with the end of the semester. Finals could have gone better… especially the Flight Dynamics one. I just try to accept the idea that this is over, that there is nothing I can do about it anymore and that once you put everything into perspective, this is really not that big of a deal… which is true. But still frustrating. The semester momentum ended last Friday, rather abruptly ☺ And after spending the week-end shopping and cooking (I know, amazing), I’m now ready to go back to the homeland and enjoy my time “home”. I have been so focused about classes and research that going back to France and spending time with family feel like leaving for another world.
It’s going to be good to disconnect for a couple of weeks, go with the flow, take a step back, see people living lives totally different from nine, reflect about what’s really important and accept the fact that things and people change.
Anyway, I’ve never felt so much ready to go. It's definitely time to get back to life :P
