I officially turned the heat on tonite. Who can survive when it's 15°C outside anyway??? I will never get used to single digit temperatures again. I know it. I'd like to see some more rain though. We had showers for 2 days and that was it. I almost went out in the street in the middle of the night with a sponge to wash my car (we're experiencing a severe drought here so there are water use restrictions).
I know this is a very exciting post, especially after 17 days without a post, but, hey, it was midterm season... My neurons need to regenerate.

Week-end plans
Because, yes! there are plans, other than working my ass off or watching the 32 episodes of the CSI Season 1 DVD set I just bought :) So today, Greek Fest (I said Greek not Geek) because I guess I don't see enough Greeks during the week. Followed by some rugby in the afternoon. Sunday, we are taking the cheese, wine, etc. to the top of Stone Mountain. Mr C came back from the homeland loaded with smelly cheese, macarons and tons of other good stuff, so we're going to have some kind of a French dinner up there. So Sunday nite if the air in Georgia stinks, you'll know why.
Thursday, October 4
hmmm...
Tonite a guy working at Borders asked me how to spell "ultimatum". I'm glad he wasn't the cashier... Other than that since Saturday my neurons are in the fog, my throat and nose are burning and a marching band is playing between my two ears. But I'm doing better (even if you can't really tell yet) - I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore, soaked as if I had just run a marathon. I don't know if this is the season or what but people here are just getting sick one after an other. Hopefully it will be over soon because I don't really feel like spending another Sunday stuck in bed...
