Reblochon, turbines and lots of work ahead

I think I met the only American guy who would drive all around town (it’s ATL, remember) to find a Reblochon (a very smelly French cheese, but also one of my favorite), look for the recipee of the Tartiflette online and finally surprise me with one for diner… And yes, his Tartiflette was reeeeaaaaaally good ;)
Besides stuffing myself with cheese, I’m going to visit an Air Force base in TN today and see huuuuuuuge wind tunnels. This is really cool, except for the 6 hours on a bus.
Finally, there are only 3 weeks left before the end of the term and honestly, as much as I love what I’m doing, I can’t wait to take some vacations…
